We are hiring a reliable, dependable ground crew laborer for full-time, year-round tree removal work in the Toledo area. What We Offer
- $25/hour to start, increasing to $28/hour after a 90-day probationary period
- $30/hour to start for candidates with a CDL

What You'll Do
- Perform tree removals using proper techniques, chainsaws, and chipper operation
- Trim and remove trees, or work from the ground with saws and pruners
- Remove limbs and brush, then clean up and dispose of debris
- Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris, and feed brush into the wood chipper
- Drive and operate trucks (including manual/stick shift) and equipment such as a Bobcat as assigned
- Direct traffic when needed and keep trucks and the work area clear and orderly
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license required; a CDL is preferred and earns higher starting pay
- Comfortable driving a manual transmission
- Able to work 40–50 hours per week, with mandatory overtime in the summer months
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
